Review the proposed payment-plan terms
This is a separate pre-enrollment payment-plan agreement with WealthyLife Academy INC. It reserves only a conditional seat after School approval and receipt of the down payment. Payment does not guarantee admission. The enrollment application is provided after the plan is paid in full. Admission requirements and the separate enrollment agreement must be completed before training.
The total includes one $150 application fee within the down payment. It is not an additional charge. No finance charge applies. All payments must be received in full before the class starts on Dec 1, 2026. No card or bank withdrawal is authorized by this agreement.
A missed payment permits the School to pause the reservation, give written notice and a deadline to resolve the default, and release the seat if unresolved. No new late fee or forfeiture penalty is added. The unpaid balance is not automatically accelerated upon cancellation.
Except where applicable law requires a refund, payments are non-refundable. On student cancellation or an unfinished payment plan, amounts actually paid remain as credit for a later available course start date or may be gifted to another individual. Credit includes the $150 already allocated to the application fee, without a duplicate deduction. No credit is earned for unpaid installments.
Credit must be used for a course starting by Dec 1, 2027, twelve months after this plan's class start date. A transfer does not extend that date. Unused credit expires then unless law requires otherwise. A gift requires the original student's written authorization naming the recipient and amount. Contact enrollment@wealthylifeacademy.com to request use or transfer. The School will document the available balance and transfer.
Later courses are subject to availability and admission requirements. The School must disclose the later course price and balance before applying credit; the original special price is not guaranteed. The student or recipient must pay any remaining balance before receiving the enrollment application. The $150 application-fee allocation covered by the credit is not charged again.
These disclosed terms replace the general no-installment rule, voluntary pre-class refund less a processing fee, and same-calendar-year credit deadline for this new plan only. They do not retroactively change previously signed terms. The separate enrollment agreement and catalog govern subsequent enrollment and training. Any refund, cancellation right, or longer credit period required by law controls, including when the School cancels, cannot provide training, or denies admission.
An electronic signature records acceptance of the staff-approved version. A physical signature on the same version is also required: sign in person, or print, sign and return by email, mail, or in-person drop-off. Email enrollment@wealthylifeacademy.com or mail/deliver to 456 DE Short Rd, Sasser, GA 39885. Staff must verify receipt. Changes to amounts, dates, or terms require new approval and signatures. Statutory payment-dispute rights are not waived.
